The Medusa gamma Soil Moisture Sensor (gSMS) records stationary radionuclide concentrations. The system is mainly designed for monitoring applications, in which it continuously records and uploads data to an online portal. This real-time data can be used to monitor radiation levels for security applications.

A new soil moisture sensor

A revolutionary new way to derive soil moisture contents of an area that find applications in agricultural applications. The major advantage of this sensor over standard soil moisture sensors is the large field of view. The gSMS can give an average moisture content of an entire field.
